Program Coordinator, Peer Recovery Support Center (Weymouth)

Job Summary: Using a peer participatory model and ongoing needs assessments, the Program Coordinator leads the Weymouth Peer Recovery Support Center efforts to build and supervise programs with an emphasis on peer-led practices. The Program Coordinator assures quality peer support is provided through Center programs by recruiting, developing, supervising, and supporting peers. The PC will play an important role in program data collection and reporting. The PC will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to staff and peer community members with substance use disorder to help them initiate and/or maintain recovery while promoting overall wellness.
